Research Questionnaires

Purpose: This research is being conducted to gather information concerning woman’s sexuality so that they can lead a more informed, safer, healthier, and happier life.

Confidentiality: All information you provide will be held in strictest confidence and this confidence shall not be breeched under any circumstances.

Privacy: You shall be afforded absolute privacy in providing responses to the questions and under no circumstances will your name, if provided, or other information that could possibly be used to identify you be divulged.

Warning: The following questionnaires concern your sexual knowledge and habits and ask explicit questions relative to those areas. Please take time to glance over all sections and the questions contained therein to determine their nature before you agree to participate. If you find these questions to be too personal, embarrassing, or discomforting, please do not hesitate to refuse to participate. The choice is entirely yours.

Participation: All women, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, political persuasion, and physical disability are invited and welcome to participate in this project. No woman who wishes to participate will be denied the opportunity and no pre-selection or screening will occur. Participation is entirely voluntary. To add to our knowledge of woman’s sexuality, please click on the questionnaire(s) you would like to complete.

Continuation: As our knowledge of woman’s sexuality expands and we find the need for additional data, subsequent questionnaires will be made available periodically. Please check back and help us help other women.
